- What is DeluxePass, and exactly what is a 'network' and how do I benefit from joining this site?

A discreet charge shown as "IBILLCS.com*Deluxe" or "PAYCOM*Deluxe" will appear on your account statement. The site name and link won't appear. All the data we record when you sign up is used only by our tech support to contact you (by email only) and we won't ever sell or give away your personal information or send any mail to your postal address.
- Why do I have a message to download ccard.exe when I click the join link?
